End User License Agreement

Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Mylo AI LTD ("MYLO AI" "We" "Us" or "Our") for the use of the Mylo AI application ("Application" or "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the Application, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Application.

Grant of License

MYLO AI grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA. You may not use the Application for any other purpose without prior written consent from MYLO AI.

License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Rent, lease, or lend the Application.
• Use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of MYLO AI and its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any rights to use MYLO AI's trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features.

Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Application and will continue until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from MYLO AI if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your devices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MYLO AI be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Application. In no event shall MYLO AI's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty dollars (U.S. $50.00).

Disclaimers

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. MYLO AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

This EULA and any disputes arising out of or related to this EULA or the Application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel, to resolve any dispute arising out of this EULA or the Application.

Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between You and MYLO AI regarding the use of the Application and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
• Amendments: MYLO AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
