These Child Safety Standards apply to the app “Mylo AI Dating - Meet & Chat” (the “App”) as listed on Google Play. We comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and all applicable child protection laws and regulations.1. Zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Mylo AI Dating - Meet & Chat has zero tolerance for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We explicitly prohibit:Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)Any sexual, romantic, or exploitative content involving minorsGrooming, solicitation, or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposesImpersonation of minors or misrepresenting age to interact with minorsAny account engaged in CSAE or related behavior will be immediately suspended or permanently banned, and all offending content will be removed.2. Adults-only platform (18+)
The App is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older.Users must be at least 18 to create an account or use the App.Any content involving minors, or suggesting that a user is under 18, is strictly prohibited and may result in content removal and account termination.3. Handling CSAM and CSAE reports
When we obtain actual knowledge or credible reports of CSAM or CSAE on our platform, we will:Immediately remove the content from our services;Suspend or permanently ban the responsible accounts; andReport confirmed CSAM to the appropriate child protection authority (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority), in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.We fully cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities where required.4. Mylo AI Dating - Meet & Chat provides an in-app mechanism for users to report profiles, messages, photos, or other content that may involve CSAE, CSAM, or child safety concerns.
Users can also contact us through our in-app support / feedback tools to report any suspicious or harmful behavior.5. Monitoring, moderation, and enforcement
